2. Different batches of products should not be mixed, which will affect the consistency between battery cells. Products of the same batch are products in the same mixing process, with the same chemical composition, and the consistency between battery cells is the closest.
3. There must be necessary temperature control conditions during the use of lithium batteries. The electrode isolation material in the lithium battery is an organic plastic product and must not be used in an environment that exceeds the temperature limit.
4. The battery pack higher than 36V belongs to the high-voltage electrical system and must be operated in accordance with the operating regulations of high-voltage electrical appliances, and beware of electric shock.
5. There must be necessary temperature control conditions during the use of lithium batteries. The electrode separator in the lithium battery is an organic plastic product and must not be used in an environment that exceeds the temperature limit.
6. Do not use overcharge or overdischarge, the charging voltage cannot be higher than the upper limit of the battery pressure, the explosion-proof valve is opened, and it will burst in severe cases. The discharge voltage cannot be lower than the lower limit voltage of the battery, which will affect the cycle life of the battery.
7. Lithium batteries cannot be used in short-circuit connection (no short-circuit connection in any type of battery), and there cannot be a direct short-circuit phenomenon between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery. The consequence is that the anti-explosion valve opens and bursts in severe cases.
8. For products with lithium battery structure, the operating conditions and precautions of lithium battery products must be indicated in the manual.
