Introduction

The Paste Filling System have a color touch screen control system, driven by three servo motors, which has the characteristics of convenient operation, high stability and high packaging efficiency. Secondly, we also have the function of positioning and stopping, with the performance of non-stick knife and no waste of film. More importantly, we have high-sensitivity photoelectric eye color mark tracking, mathematically input sealing position, so that the sealing position is more accurate. Finally, our products are cheap and of high quality, which are deeply loved by customers.

 

Feature

The Paste Filling System add garbage collection devices to make the packaging more aesthetically pleasing. Compared with the traditional folding film packaging machine, we can save about 20%-30% of the material. Secondly, our products have motor brake control, and the equipment is responsive. More importantly, our heat shrinking furnace has a high-efficiency dual-temperature zone, efficient hot air circulation, automatic temperature control, and ensures shrinkage quality. And we have motor brake control, the equipment is responsive. Finally, our products can automatically control the temperature to ensure shrinkage quality.

Inspection Standard And Other Items

1. How To Inspect: MA & BU should both join, The Machine Should Running Continuously for ONE month, Every Performance Should Reach The Inspection Standards.

2. After Installation and Commissioning Finished, BU could use professional device to check data and confirm that the machine could satisfy the production and technical requirements of BU.

3. Quality Guarantee: The Warranty Time for main machine is ONE year, for Anti-Acid Parts THREE years, The Warranty Time Started From Inspection Date. In Normal Working Conditions, If Materials, Key Parts And Installation Quality Problems Cause The Machine Faults, MA will in charge of the maintaining, repairing or replacing free of charge.

4. Happens, MA should Be In BU plant Within 24hrs.

5. When The Machine Reach BU place, BU should estimate the machine first then installing/commissioning OR trial running.
