Production Line Tester
Production Line Tester is used for small dense battery (battery size range: 90 ~ 181mm long) × Width 34 ~ 98mm × Capacity detection with height of 100 ~ 167mm). The machine can set and select parameters through the touch screen, and the test threshold of open and closed-circuit voltage can be set. The upper and lower limit parameters of open and closed-circuit voltage can be preset according to the detection requirements. All setting parameters have the function of power failure protection. The detection data is displayed in real time, and the man-machine dialogue can be realized through the touch screen. In the detection process, the unqualified products will be automatically alarmed, and the whole detection process is automatically completed by PLC. The machine has statistics of the total number of qualified products and generates record reports for reference, export and printing.
