Feature
The feeding mechanism of Plate Pasting Machine adopts vacuum adsorption supply plate, so the electrode plate is not easy to deform, and the supply plate is stable and reliable. Infinitely variable speed for all kinds of grids. Secondly, our solder paste warehouse adopts a quantitative paste design to reduce lead paste waste and production costs, and adopts a double-layer design to prevent lead paste from entering the bearings. The paste silo is centrally lubricated for easy equipment maintenance. More importantly, we are equipped with a full-color touch screen monitoring system, the host and conveyor can automatically control the speed, synchronously track the parameter setting system, and our quality is very stable. Preparation from user side
1) Need to level the 4350×1810 foundation preparation machine, excavate 300×400 (deep) drainage troughs on both sides, and lay cast iron orifice plates on top to facilitate drainage of the equipment.
2) Prepare air source: maximum pressure ≤ 0.7 Mpa, working pressure of 0.6 Mpa, exhaust volume ≥0.3 m3/min, and access to the host.
3) Provide high acid tank and connected pipe,connect to the acid leaching mechanism.
4) Power supply: Three-phase 380V±10%, 50Hz, access to the host electric control cabinet.
