After the friendly consultation, the Part A and Part B have reached the agreement on Paste Filling System technology documents as follows: Application: To fill the wet paste into tube for tubular plate production.
Introduction
The Paste Mixing System is blended with a continuously variable speed unit to reduce the formation of bubbles at low temperatures and high viscosities. Secondly, our products are suitable for preparation, dissolution, heating, cooling, insulation and other processes. And we design according to the hygiene requirements, so the structural design is very user-friendly, easy to operate, and healthy storage. What's more, our gear pump circulating discharge device can accelerate product formation and achieve fast discharge. Finally, our products are cheap and of high quality. This is very popular with customers.
Feature
The gear pump recirculating discharge device of Paste Mixing System accelerates product forming and enables rapid discharge. Secondly, the inner surface of our products is mirror-polished, while various nozzles, endoscopes and other components are arc transmitted by stretching flanging process, which is easy to clean and ensures the reliability and stability of the production process. More importantly, our main stirring adopts a stepless variable speed device, which can reduce the formation of bubbles at low temperatures and high viscosities. Finally, the structural design of our products is very user-friendly.

Machine Working Procedure:
● The operator load the spine with tube on feeding rack;
● The feeding rack moves into the filling station;
● Fill the paste into tube; (The gauntlet couldn`t have any bending & deformation at the two end)
● Plate washing;
● Insert the bottom bar;
● Ultrasonic welding to fix the bottom bar closely;
● 2nd time to wash the plate;
● Measure the plate weight;
● If plate weight is within tolerance, go to the end of machine; otherwise rejected automatically;
● The water could be collected and recycle working. (Optional design)
Technical Performance:
● The system uses high precision Siemens PLC controlling system, which works reliable and stable.
● Paste syringing speed is continuously adjustable according to system pressure.
● The speed of slide table can be set into 5 steps.
● The paste recycle system can be used along with machine.
● Paste quantity can be set automatically , it will alarm out of the range.
● The same diameter, pitch, and the same root use the same set of mould. It can be replaced wholly or separately.
● Plate calculator and weight memory on HMI.
Technical Services:
● The supplier will make suggestion for the buyer about the paste mixing technology for reference.
● The supplier should provide the layout drawing and foundation drawing to the customer; The customer should prepare accordingly before machine reach the plant.
● The supplier will depute 3 engineers for installation for 2 weeks.
● During the warranty, all spare parts broken due to non-human reason will be replaced by the supplier free cost. Out of warranty, the supplier should provide with best price and technical support.
● The seller should provide the training to the operator free cost.
