Introduction

Advantage
The biggest advantage of Dry Filling System is that we use intelligent temperature controllers with precise temperature control to ensure a neat seal. Secondly, our products also have a perfect alarm system, if a problem is found, it can be solved quickly. More importantly, we mainly adopt two forms, single nozzle and double nozzle, which can connect two nozzles in parallel to form a packaging machine with 4-6 nozzles. The mixer can mix the different material equally as per technical requires, the mixer is well sealed with no dead corners, the oxide output valve is pneumatic control with high accuracy.
The conveyor of mixer will transfer the mixed oxide to dry filling machine, all the oxide input and output valves are all pneumatic control.
The mixing time is adjustable with PLC control.
Auto dry filling machine

Better filter efficiency with low pressure bag type filters.
Recycled pulse controlling.
Star valve controls with better sealing. Recycled screw for collecting.
With exhauster fan for better performance.
The recycled screw conveyor could transfer the oxide back to dry filling machine with less waste.
Acceptance Standard
1. The machine performance should meet the technical parameters specified requirements.
2. The machine should run smoothly and coordinately.
Technical Services
1. Party B should provide installation guiding, and party B is responsible for commissioning, with the party A's assistant.
2. The warranty period of the whole equipment is one year date from the acceptance of machine and lifetime maintenance (wearing parts are not included).
3. Part B should provide the solution in 24 hours once receive the trouble information.
4. Party B provides lifelong technical support, free services during the warranty period, after the warranty the most preferential prices is acquired.
5. Any matters which are not covered by this agreement can be added to the agreement after the negotiation between Party A and Party B.
6. This agreement is done in duplicate, Party A and Party B should hold each. The agreement will be legally binding.
