The short circuit testing machine is designed based on the requirements of various battery short-circuit test standards. According to the standard requirements, the short-circuit device must meet the internal resistance range ≤ 5m Ω, so as to obtain the maximum short-circuit current required by the test; In addition, the circuit design of the short-circuit device must also be able to withstand the impact of high current. Therefore, we have selected industrial grade DC electromagnetic contactor, all copper terminal and internal copper plate diversion. The wide and thick copper plate can effectively improve the heat dissipation effect, make the high current short-circuit device safer, effectively reduce the loss of test equipment and ensure the accuracy of test data.

Product Description

This short circuit testing machine provides a unique method to detect the assembly-level insulation defects of lead-acid batteries, as well as the loss and damage of partitions. It is very easy to adjust when using because its battery can be positioned, clamped, tested and released in full automatic sequence. In addition, this machine can also help identify defective welds and automatically alarm when defects are detected, thus effectively improving the smoothness and efficiency of the whole operation. This beautiful machine has a compact structure, so it won't take up a lot of space.


Product Features

This short circuit testing machine adopts PLC automatic control system, which can automatically record the changes of battery voltage, current and surface temperature, and sensitively detect various data. At the same time, it is designed according to the requirements of various battery short-circuit test standards, so it can well meet the internal resistance range of 80m2+20 or ≤ 10m2, obtain the maximum short-circuit current required for the test, and judge its safety through its phenomenon. The bottom of the machine is equipped with four pulleys to reduce the difficulty of handling and moving.
