The Lead Ingot Cold Cutting Machine is composed of lead ingot conveyor, slicer, lead cake cutter, lead bulk conveyor, oil pump (oil free) and control panel. Secondly, we put the ingot on the conveyor and enter the turnover mechanism. When the ingots are cut into 20mm thick blocks by the slicer, they are made into 23 * 23 * 20mm bulk aluminum blocks and stored in the silo of the ball mill. The Lead Ingot Cold Cutting Machine can automatically convey lead ingots and mold extrusion. Second, lead particles are almost cubic. Installation Requirement:
1) The customer should provide 1 set of electric Hoist for ingot feeding.
2) Pls prepare the area 4m*4m for installation.
3) The customer should prepare the Electricity (AC 380V), Compressed Air (0.4-0.6MPa, 3L/min), Cooling water to the position of machine.
4) The customer should provide the hydraulic oil (200L) as per machine operation manual.
