With PLC and touch screen as the control core, this group welding machine can automatically complete the casting welding and bridge welding of battery pack. The structure design of the whole machine is reasonable and can be adjusted freely. It allows operators to choose different discharge frequencies according to different metal materials to achieve the best repair effect. The repair accuracy of this machine is very high. It can achieve the surface thickness from a few microns to a few millimeters, just grinding and polishing. Thanks to the advanced control system, operators can easily adjust various parameters, and the working efficiency and processing accuracy of the whole process can also be greatly improved.
Features
This group welding machine has good environmental protection. Except for the operating window, the other positions are closed structures. The lead smoke collection port is designed on the top of the machine. Its heat affected area is small, and there is no heat input in the instantaneous process of stacking, so there is no deformation, undercut and residual stress. The machine will not produce local annealing, and no re-heat treatment is required after repair. Its welding repair impact is very small, which overcomes the impact of ordinary argon arc welding on the periphery of the workpiece during the welding repair process. The machined surface of the workpiece without allowance can also be repaired at ease.
